HRW: Forced Starvation is a War Crime

Human Rights Watch condemned Israel’s forced displacement and use of starvation as war crimes in Gaza. The organization highlighted that 85% of the territory is under evacuation threats, with 400,000 plus people forced to leave northern Gaza.

Israel continues to block food aid, leaving civilians with nowhere safe to go. Forced displacement without safe return violates international law, they stated.
