While December 2 was initially set as Netanyahu’s testimony date, it was subsequently postponed to December 10 at his request. The testimony schedule currently requires Netanyahu to appear three days per week, from morning through afternoon, following the same format as previous trial testimonies. However, Haaretz stated that Netanyahu is likely to request a more dispersed schedule, arguing that the current security situation prevents him from maintaining such lengthy court appearances three times weekly. Netanyahu, supported by the U.S., had also rejected ICC arrest warrants against him, describing it as absurd despite that the court has approved that he and Gallant has committed four war crimes in Gaza, including war crimes, and crimes against humanity, and crimes of persecution.
