Israeli Drone Kills Journalist Mahmood Abu Daqqa in Khan Yunis

CROSSFIREARABIA – Israel kills another Palestinian journalist, morning Tuesday, in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip with his name trending.

Mohammad Majed Abu Daqqa was killed in central Khan Younis near the Abu Hamid roundabout.

He was one of four other civilians including Seraj Munir Musa Asfour, Abdelatif Ghaemi Baraka, and Samir Shadi Al Jourani.

They had been sitting on the sidewalk, unarmed with nothing but a can of beans they got for their families.

This is what one blogger wrote about the slain journalist who was targeted for no apparent reason.

Another blogging said it was almost as he was waiting for the inevitability of his fate, writing:

Another wrote: “May God grant Mohammad Abu Daqqa and all the martyrs The Highest Paradise. Ameen. We must do something to stop the bloodshed in that country immediately. Stop Genocide. Free Palestine.”

He becomes journalist no 165 to be targeted and killed by Israel since 7 October, 2023

The Israeli army has killed 39,363 since last 7 October, the Gaza Health Ministry in the enclave said on Monday.

A ministry statement added that some 90,923 other people have been injured as well with over 11,000 still under the rubble.
