Netzarim: Israeli Army Deadly Horrors

The death toll from Israel’s genocide in Gaza has reached 48,189, with 111,640 wounded, according to the Health Ministry on Sunday. The ministry also reported that bodies and skeletal remains of Palestinians were found in the so-called “Netzarim Axis”, an Israeli military corridor created by wiping out entire neighborhoods in central Gaza.

In the last 24 hours, eight more bodies arrived at hospitals, including seven recovered from the rubble and one who succumbed to injuries. The ministry warned that many bodies remain trapped under debris and in the streets, where rescue teams cannot reach them due to ongoing Israeli restrictions. It also noted that 14,000 people remain missing, likely buried under the destruction.

Dead bodies and skeletal remains were discovered in the so-called ‘Netzarim Axis’, which the Israeli army recently abandoned. A video published showed massive destruction, with remains scattered in Al-Mughraqa, and Juhor ad-Dik.

The Israeli army completed its withdrawal from the so-called Netzarim Axis earlier as part of the ceasefire agreement. However, the Gaza Interior Ministry stated that movement restrictions remain in place. Vehicles can only pass through Salah Al-Din Street after inspection, while Al-Rashid Street remains off-limits to vehicles and open only for pedestrians.

Despite the ceasefire, Israel continues attacks on Palestinians using drone strikes and live fire, resulting in more deaths and injuries. On Sunday afternoon, the Israeli army admitted to shooting at several people in northern Gaza, claiming they were “suspects” near its forces according to the Quds News Network.

According to the testimonies, as IDF soldiers leave Lebanon, they load stolen items onto their vehicles openly, without attempting to conceal them. “It’s on a crazy scale,” one soldier said. “Anyone who takes something – televisions, cigarettes, tools, whatever – immediately puts it in their vehicle or leaves it off to the side, not inside the army base, but it’s not hidden. Everyone sees it and understands.” – The Palestine Project
