Israel Kills Two Journalists in One Day

In just one day, Saturday, Israeli killed two journalists in Gaza. Mohammad Baalousha and Mohammed Jaber Al-Qerainawi were killed in two separate incidents as Israeli warplanes targeted their homes in the Gaza Strip.

It all begun with the targeting of Baalousha, a correspondent for Al-Mashhad Lebanese Channel. An Israeli quadcopter targeted his home in the Ahmad Yassin Street in the Saftawi neighborhood of Gaza City killing him instantly.

The second journalist Mohammed Jabr Al-Qrinawi was killed along with his wife, Maram, and their three children, Jaber, Sidra and Ayat in an Israeli air attack that targeted their home in Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

This brings the number of journalists that were killed in Gaza to 195 since 7 October, 2023 and excluding the 400 journalists that were injured as a result of continuing Israeli military strikes on the strip.
