Israeli Army: 13,500 Soldiers Injured in Gaza

The Israeli occupation army confirmed that 13,500 of its soldiers have been injured by the Palestinian resistance fire in the Gaza Strip.

The Physical and Health Rehabilitation Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense reported a 20% increase in the number of those undergoing treatment, as the number of soldiers undergoing treatment increased from 62,000 to 75,000.

It added the new numbers, which are about 13,500, have been all injured in the so-called “Iron Swords” war (Flood of Al-Aqsa battle) in the Gaza Strip.The Rehabilitation Department of the Israeli Ministry of Defense stated that about 13,700 soldiers who are receiving support are injured in this war, and that 8,500 of them suffer from physical injuries, and 5,200 suffer from psychological disorders.

The Israeli occupation army, supported by the United States and Europe, has continued its aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, where its warplanes bombing the vicinity of hospitals, buildings, towers and homes of Palestinian civilians, destroying them over the heads of their inhabitants, and preventing the entry of water, food, medicine and fuel.

The aggression left about 152,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amidst massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and elderly people, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world according to Qudspress.

Iran’s president said Saturday that his country will refrain from attacking neighboring states unless attacks are launched against Iran from their territory, state-run Press TV reported.
