Israeli Army Radio reported a force belonging to the Givati Brigade was ambushed in the Tibnin area of southern Lebanon on Wednesday morning.
According to the radio station, the first attack occurred at 6:00 AM when an explosive-laden drone exploded near a tank belonging to the force, wounding four soldiers with shrapnel. They were airlifted to hospitals for treatment.
The report added that a second explosive-laden drone targeted the evacuation vehicle that arrived at the scene to transport the wounded, wounding an additional soldier who was also airlifted for treatment.
