Ex-prisoner General Fouad Al-Shobaki from Gaza died this evening in Ramallah after suffering from an illness he contracted during his years of detention in Israeli occupation prisons.

Al-Shobaki was sentenced to 17 years in prison, and he suffered from several diseases due to the policy of medical neglect, including prostate cancer, which he endured during his imprisonment, among other illnesses.
