This is a painting on the Art of Depression from abstract painter Said Elatab. He says:
This painting exists within the nihilism abstract. My depression is eating my brain; any hope to reverse it is to make art serve as the best medication for mental illness. So why not be an artist. He adds: “From depression and nihilism I make beautiful art for it is my language in a world that has no answers.”
