Israel Kills Director of Internal Security in Gaza

An Israeli strike resulted in the killing of the Director of the Internal Security Service in the Central Governorate of Gaza announced the Ministry of Interior, Sunday.

In a press statement, the ministry said that an Israeli aircraft targeted a vehicle carrying Colonel Wael Moussa al-Ladawi (44 years old), along with Major Ramez Tawfiq Abu Zureiq (49 years old), resulting in their deaths.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported its crews transported two martyrs and seven wounded individuals to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital after an Israeli airstrike targeted a civilian vehicle on Al-Baraka Street in Deir al-Balah.

The Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement by targeting residential areas and demolishing homes located beyond the Green Line, in clear violation of the agreement’s terms, which stipulate a cessation of military operations.

Since the ceasefire was declared on October 11, the number of martyrs due to violations has reached 1,202, while the number of wounded has risen to 3,888 since the agreement, brokered by the US, Qatar, and Egypt, came into effect.
