‘Where Shall We Go’ Displaced Gazans Tell Israeli Army
The Israeli military issued evacuation orders for parts of central Gaza’s al-Bureij refugee camp on Wednesday. People were heard asking, “Where should we go?” and “There is no safe place,” as Israel intensifies its attacks on Gaza’s so-called “safe zone”.
Avichay Adraee, an Israeli army spokesman, published a map of the zones that must be cleared, claiming that rockets were fired at Israel from this area and the Israeli forces had to respond.
“For your own safety, move immediately to the humanitarian zone,” he claimed.

The al-Mawasi area has been heavily targeted by the Israeli military in recent weeks.
The Forensic Architecture website, which has systematically been documenting strikes in Gaza, said that there were five strikes on Mawasi from late May through September 10. Data collected by Dr. Lee Mordechai of Hebrew University, who is tracking developments in Gaza, says that the strikes on Mawasi resumed on November 9, and that in less than a month Israeli struck the area at least eight times, killing scores of people.
Palestinians displaced by Israel’s war on Gaza are “increasingly forced to concentrate within the Israeli-designated zone in al-Mawasi”, an area of approximately 41sq km (15.83sq miles) lacking critical infrastructure and services, according to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
Some 1.9 million people – 90 percent of Gaza’s population – have been displaced at least once by Israel’s war. Of those, roughly 43,580 are estimated to be pregnant women, statistics from the UN Population Fund show.
Many are crowded into flimsy tents after being ordered to al-Mawasi by the Israeli military according to the Quds News Network.
Irish PM: ‘Israel Can’t Silence Ireland’
Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris stated that Israel cannot silence Ireland for condemning its attacks on Palestinians in Gaza, describing Israel’s decision to close its embassy in Dublin as “distraction diplomacy.”
In a statement to reporters in Dublin on Monday, he emphasized the need to condemn the killing of children, the deaths of civilians in Gaza, and the lack of humanitarian aid.
He added, “You know what I consider reprehensible? Killing children. Seeing the scale of civilian deaths we’ve seen in Gaza, people being left to starve, and humanitarian aid not flowing,” noting that he was extremely proud that Ireland continues to speak out on behalf of innocent Palestinians.
Israel Detains 40 Gaza Journalists
Palestinian Journalists Protection Centre ( PJPC) stated that about 40 Palestinian journalists have been administratively detained by Israeli occupation forces from the Gaza Strip since the beginning of their genocide in the enclave.
The centre confirmed that many other journalists are forcibly disappeared within Israeli occupation prisons, noting that the torture that Palestinian journalists suffer from is a violation of international law.
The center’s statement came shortly before the release of Al-Jazeera correspondent Mouath Al-Kahlout, who had been detained earlier, Wednesday by Israeli occupation forces at a military checkpoint in the Jabalia refugee camp, after being forced to flee from the Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza
Israeli Warplanes Bomb Hospital Vicinity
Hossam Abu Safiya, Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, confirmed that Israeli warplanes targeted the hospital and its surroundings, hitting more than eight residential buildings.
He confirmed that there are still casualties, including children, trapped under the rubble of their homes following the Israeli airstrikes carried out by the Israeli occupation forces earlier today.
He also maintained that the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Kamal Adwan Hospital, the only one in northern Gaza, was put out of service due to a direct strike by Israeli occupation forces earlier today.
