This is photograph that is shown for the first time of children from Yaffa (Jafa); these children are probably now our grandparents. The image highlights how our grandparents lived during that wonderful summer, playing on the beach in the Manshiyya neighborhood, while camel caravans traveled along the shore laden with crates of oranges. The photograph is from 1945.

CROSSFIREARABIA – Gaza held a Janaza salat, Tuesday, for 112 martyrs from two families whose bodies were uncovered from the wreckage of their homes struck by Israeli warplanes during the genocide on the Sabra neighborhood south of Gaza City. Thousands of people turned up to document one of the biggest massacres carried out by the Israeli army against Palestinian families in Gaza. The bodies of the families were uncovered after days spent digging under the debris and rubble of their homes by the Gaza civil defense officers. The massacre of the Al Huseinya and Abu Sharieh families was perpetrated in 23 November, 2023 after their homes were bombed by the Israeli army as it targeted a residential complex in Al Sabra in Gaza City. CROSSFIREARABIA – For the 299th consecutive day, Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement and cessation of hostilities in Gaza, causing greater destruction and bloodshed across the besieged territory. On dawn, Tuesday, the Israeli army committed 13 new violations, including artillery shelling, gunfire, and the demolition of homes and civilian infrastructure. Israeli military vehicles fired heavily southwest of Khan Younis. Israeli warships also opened fire off the coast of the city. Displaced persons’ tents in the vicinity of the Austrian area, west of Khan Younis, were struck by gunfire following heavy shelling by Israeli military tanks east of the city. Israeli tanks stationed also targeted displaced persons’ tents in the Mawasi area, and demolished residential buildings north of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. As well, artillery shelling and heavy gunfire from Israeli military tanks targeted the eastern part of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City according to the Sanad News Agency.

The “Palestine Convoy,” which set off from Srebrenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina, arrived in the Turkish capital, Ankara, after crossing Albania and Greece and passing through Istanbul, as part of its solidarity journey with the Palestinian people.
The convoy, comprised of buses and cars, includes more than 500 activists from 20 countries. It arrived in the Kahramankazan district on Monday evening.
The convoy then proceeded from the Grand Mosque to the Ulus district of Ankara, accompanied by members of a civil society organization called the “Ankara Platform for Solidarity with Palestine.” Participants waved both Turkish and Palestinian flags.
A crowd of locals welcomed the convoy, chanting slogans such as: “Greetings to Gaza… the resistance continues,” “Free Palestine from the river to the sea,” and “Don’t remain silent… don’t be complicit in injustice.”
Alp Arslan Aydar, spokesperson for the Ankara Platform for Solidarity with Palestine, thanked all those who supported the convoy.
Aydar stated that Palestine is subjected to “systematic terrorism and expansionist policies practiced by Israel.”
He continued, “The Israeli regime today is an occupying power, not a legitimate state, and it does not belong to this land. Since October 7, 2023, this systematic terrorism has transformed into genocide, while the international community has merely stood by and watched.”
The “Palestine Convoy” is scheduled to continue its journey tomorrow to Konya Province, before proceeding towards the West Bank.
On October 8, 2023, Israel launched a genocidal war on Gaza, resulting in the deaths of more than 73,000 Palestinians and injuries to over 174,000, most of whom are children and women. Ninety percent of the infrastructure has been destroyed.
A ceasefire agreement was reached in October 2025, two years after the start of the genocide. However, Israel continues its daily violations of the agreement, resulting in the deaths of 1,250 Palestinians and injuries to 4,110 others as of Monday. Anadolu
