UNRWA’s Media Advisor Adnan Abu Hasna told Al Jazeera and as stated by Palestine Chronicle that the UN agency always provides the Israeli army with the coordinates of the schools but to no avail.

This was supposed to be a “safe area” as designated by the Israeli army but it continues to be bombed just the same.

The school, located in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza Strip, provides shelter for thousands of displaced families who have come hear from all around Gaza and clearly bears UNRWA markings.

The faces of horror ensues amidst the dozens of casualties at the Al-Nuseirat UNRWA school following the deliberate sraeli occupation bombing that repeated the massacres of displaced Palestinians happening elsewhere in the Gaza Strip.

“All of the school is a mass of different human pieces, legs, arms, heads, and children cut to pieces and martyrs which you can’t count,” one displaced shouts on top of his head.

He is repeating what everybody else is saying. All you hear is screams and endless wailing seconds after the Israeli missile landed in the middle of the school.

The school has become chaos with people running around shouting about the other men, women and children who were just killed and murdered. “Look, look around you,” one says. “Look at the bodies, cut to pieces.”

A child was buried alive in the latest attack. After frantic digging inside the school, ordinary people and civil defense brought out the child alive amidst the caked rubble and cement that surrounded his body.

As a blink of an eye, many were killed and injured. “We were sitting down here, when we heard a loud thud and there were shrapnel everywhere with broken glass all around and martyrs scattered everywhere,” said one displaced lady.

It one more massacre daily committed by the Israeli army and warplanes. Nobody knows when will this stop but they keep hoping and praying.

Despite Ruins, Palestinian Resistance in Top Shape

Jordanian military and strategic expert Nidal Abu Zeid said the videoclips broadcast by the Palestinian resistance groups on the methods of managing operations, ambushes, and targeting the occupation forces, prove they are still cohesive and their command and control system is capable of continuing and inflicting losses on the Israeli occupation forces.

Abu Zeid added the resistance operations are managed by an integrated system. He said the videoclips show there is a commander for the operation who directs, then there is the target reconnaissance based on intelligence gathering with another team videoing and photographing the operations.

These elements confirm such a system in the works  is still fine, stressing the Israeli occupation forces were forced to retreat and not withdraw from Al-Sinaa Street in Tal Al-Hawa after the ambush that caused much losses in reference to the latest Israeli military actions.

Abu Zeid said this prompted the occupation forces to withdraw not just from Tal Al Hawa but from the entire northern Gaza Strip according to Jordan 24.

Abu Zaid pointed out most of the destructive vehicles that appeared in the circulated clips are M113 troop carriers, maintaining that this reinforces the theory that the occupation resorted to using this type of old carriers that were discontinued in 2006 due to the significant losses of modern Tiger troop carriers in the Israeli army.

He indicated the M113 carriers are not as efficient, effective and armored which also explains the high losses among the Israeli soldiers as the Israeli army announced.

That the means the loss curve is still rising between 10 to 20 soldiers per day, which imposes challenges on the occupation army in terms of manpower resources.

Abu Zeid stated the statements of Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi about the urgent need to recruit new elements into the army and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant statements about the necessity of recruiting ultra-Orthodox Jews who are exempt from military service confirm the magnitude of the losses the army is suffering daily.

Abu Zeid continued the Israeli combat doctrine is based on three pillars: Deterrence, early warning, and rapid resolution) pointing out the Palestinian resistance groups have succeeded in stripping the enemy of these and which explains the clear imbalance in the military operations and the occupation’s inability to take the upper hand.

Regarding the ongoing negotiations in Doha, Abu Zeid said Netanyahu is trying to booby-trap these talks and obstruct their progress by imposing conditions related to guarantees for the resumption of military action at any time.

These aim at preventing the return of the displaced to northern Gaza, and evade the issue of negotiating with the Egyptian side on the status of the Philadelphia axis, which will create further conflict between the government and the military generals and leaders of the security services.

‘Israel Will No Longer Exist in 2026′ – Lieberman Warns

Former Defense Minister Avigador Lieberman deeply criticizes Israel’s handling of the war on Gaza and the current skirmish with Hezbollah in Lebanon.

“Netanyahu is leading Israel to destruction and if the current Knesset coalition continue until 2026, Israel will no longer exist,” he said in a stark way.

“Netanyahu doesn’t know how to manage anything. He is really a very talented person. He is one of the best, if not the best, marketing person in world politics, not only in Israel. He also has rhetorical ability. But his management ability aspires to zero. He is also spineless. These are his two problems. As long as things are going on their own, it’s not working. And today, nothing is going on, not on the security level, that’s what drives Netanyahu The desire to survive in power for another day, another week, that’s all,” he told Maariv.

The  comments of the leader of the Yisrael Beiteinu party are trending on the social media with multiple posts.

Lieberman accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of leading Israel towards total destruction.

Lieberman is repeating what the views of many in Israel, regionally and internationally are saying about Netanyahu leading the country to disaster because of his own domestic troubles and the corruption accusations against against that will probably land hin in jail.

However, he “emphasized that Israel is facing existential threats and is undergoing a multi-dimensional crisis encompassing political, economic, and security issues—the most significant since its establishment,” as stated in the Palestine Chronicle.

Lieberman blamed Netanyahu for the attack on October 7, accusing him of empowering the Palestinian movement Hamas over the years by releasing its leaders according to the electronic website.

Over 38,000 Palestinians were killed and over 88,000 injured in Gaza by Israeli fire since 7 October, 2023.

Birth Under Bombs: 9 Months of Hell

Imagine being pregnant and knowing you are three times more likely to miscarry.
Imagine being pregnant and knowing you are three times more likely to die in childbirth.
Imagine being pregnant and experiencing the fear of death every single day.
Imagine being pregnant and feeling like the world has completely forgotten you.

This is the hell pregnant women in Gaza are living through every day.

In the 9 months, or 40 weeks, that the violence in Gaza has now raged on, women there have conceived, miscarried, and birthed their babies. Instead of spending 9 months safely and hopefully preparing for the birth of their baby, these women have spent the entirety of their pregnancy in constant fear.

22-year-old Diana discovered she was pregnant shortly after violence escalated last October and gave birth to her son, Yaman, under intense bombing and gunfire late last week.

“I had a difficult labour. I was so frightened as the bombing was intense and didn’t stop even for a minute. My mother was so afraid for me and the baby – she prayed and prayed that we’d still be alive by dawn.

“I gave birth to my son, Yaman at about 2am. There was no special care for the baby when he was born, and he was not fully examined. He has jaundice now which has affected his brain.”

Diana is not alone. Over 50,000 women are currently pregnant in Gaza. Around 180 are due to give birth today, but not all of them will make it that far. Pregnant women in Gaza have experienced so much trauma since October that they are three times more likely to miscarry than they were before.

For those who defy the odds and manage to carry their pregnancy to full-term, the likelihood is they will be forced to give birth in a tent, a temporary shelter, or even in the streets amid rubble. They will do this without painkillers, while bombs continue to drop around them, knowing that they are now three times more likely to die giving birth.

Expressing concern on forgetting women and their experiences in this conflict, Hiba Al Hejazi, CARE’s Regional Advocacy Advisor for the MENA Region said: “It’s abhorrent that women, and their experiences in this conflict, have largely been forgotten.

The international community has to step up and put them front and centre. We need a gendered response to this conflict, one that prioritises the needs and experiences of women, and funds the women leading their communities through crisis. We urgently need governments to use their diplomatic powers and bring an end to a conflict that is destroying lives, many that have only just begun.”

CARE International’s Palestinian partner in Gaza, Juzoor, has set up clinics offering ante- and post-natal care, and mobilised volunteers from its network of midwives to assist vulnerable women to deliver births safely in their shelters with specialised equipment. CARE has also distributed 5,500 Baby Kits, containing essential products such as baby clothes and sterilising wipes for pregnant mothers, many of whom have lost everything.

Israel Attacks 453 UNRWA Schools in Gaza

UNRWA officials report that there has been a total of 453 attacks on its facilities in Gaza since 7 October, 2023. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency said its building throughout the Gaza Strip has been the subject of these attacks by Israeli warplanes and gunfire.

It added this, two thirds of the schools operated by the UN organization have been hit with 524 people sheltering in these facilities were killed.

This piece of news is currently trending on the social media under different hashtags such as @UNRWA, #Gaza, @UN, #CeasefireNow

Four schools in Gaza have been directly hit in the last four days with people continuing to flee from one place to another looking for safety but nowhere is safe in Gaza.

UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini confirms that since the beginning of this war two-thirds of UNRWA schools in Gaza were attacked, some were bombed out and many severely damaged.

“Some have gone from safe places of education and hope for children to ocercrowded shelters and often ending up a place of death and misery,” he wrote.

“Nine months under our watch, the relentless, endless killing, destruction and despair continue. Gaza is no place for children. The blatant disregard of international humanitarian law can’t become the new normal.”

Lazzarini ends by urging for a “ceasefire now before we lose what is left of our common humanity.”
