Israelis Hurl Abuse at Extremist Ben Gvir on Beach

Israeli beachgoers hurled abuse and shouted at Israel’s Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir as he visited a Tel Aviv beach with his family, Friday. They demanded that he leaves the beach at once.

One man kept shouting at the extremist prime minister in the Netanyahu government in front of the camera as he walked with his family and surrounded by bodyguards.

The incident is trending on the social media. The man kept shouting at Ben Gvir. “killer….murderer…the kidnapped are killed in Gaza! the kidnapped are killed in Gaza! Murderer. A killer and a trip to the sea. On the beach….

…don’t come here…Killer of childhood! Kidnapping killer. You are a murderer. Killer. The Abductees in Gaza are dead. Dead because of you! They die because you kill them! You are a killer. How dare you walk on the beach…” the man kept telling Gvir who appeared all smiles and tried to show that everything was normal.

A 27-year-old threw wet sand at Ben Gvir and run into the sea with the body guards pounded on her and arrested her where she spent one night in jail.

He later wrote “I arrived today for a few hours with my family at the beach in Tel Aviv and was warmly received by the beachgoers. A small group of left-wing protesters on the beach started shouting at me and calling for me to leave. It’s their right, this is freedom of speech, but the beach doesn’t belong to their father.”

Together with Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, he insists that the war on Gaza – now in its 11th month – continues regardless of the release of the hostages and that if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stops the slaughter they will leave his government and mean its downfall.

Arab States Need to Sever Ties With Israel – Barghouti

Secretary-general of the Palestinian Nåtional Initiative Dr. Mustafa Barghouti called on Arab governments that have relations with Israel to sever their ties with the occupation and withdraw their ambassadors. He described the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli settlers as a very dangerous development.

The Islamic Endowments Dept in occupied Jerusalem said, Tuesday, more than 2,958 settlers and extremists stormed the blessed mosque since Tuesday morning, including two ministers and a member of the Knesset.

Endowments sources confirmed Israeli Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Talking to Al Jazeera’s “Gaza What’s Next” program Barghouti said that the Israeli occupation aims to impose temporal and spatial division in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, so that it becomes a place for Jewish prayer as well, as it did before in the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, taking advantage of the state of war in Gaza and the brutality practiced by its army against the Palestinians in the occupied holy city.

He added the Israeli occupation aims to create a new reality whose content is the Judaization of Al-Aqsa Mosque. He pointed out the temporal and spatial division Ben Gvir is trying to impose on the ground was rejected by the late Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat in the Camp David talks and led to their collapse.

Barghouti  wondered about the role of countries and governments that have relations with the Israeli occupation in confronting what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his extremist government members are doing, most notably Ben Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.

He said if Arab governments want to impose real pressure on the occupation, they are required to cancel all normalization agreements with Tel Aviv and impose a comprehensive boycott on Israel, and expel their ambassadors and withdraw Arab ambassadors from Israel.

He pointed out this is the simplest of things because the Palestinians are not demanding the Arabs send armies to fight Israel. The Arab peoples are also required to take action and pressure their governments.

Barghouti believes deterring Netanyahu and his government requires immediate action from Arab and Islamic countries alike.

Unified Palestinian leadership

On the Palestinian level, what is required – according to Barghouti – is the formation of a unified leadership in a joint national struggle program and the immediate implementation of what was agreed upon in the Beijing meeting, including the formation of a national consensus government and creation of a unified leadership framework.

Barghouti argues there is an Israeli conspiracy not only to Judaize Al-Aqsa Mosque, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, but also to achieve absolute Israeli hegemony militarily, politically and economically over the Arab world.

For his part, former US State Department official William Lawrence agrees with the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Initiative that the Arab countries that have established relations with Israel are required to withdraw their ambassadors from Israel, noting the idea of normalizing relations with it was a bad one.

Lawrence admitted – in his interview with the program “Gaza… What’s Next?” – that the United States is making statements but is not taking any actual measures to deter Israel.

Barghouti and the former American official agreed that Netanyahu wants to undermine negotiations with the Palestinian resistance and because he does not want to reach an agreement to stop the war on Gaza, he finds excuses every time.

It is noteworthy that the “New York Times” newspaper quoted Israeli documents as saying that Netanyahu secretly added new conditions to Israel’s demands in the ceasefire negotiations in Gaza and the prisoner exchange deal according to Jo24.

Expert: Israel Hike Attacks For Rome Talks But Won’t Succeed

CROSSFIREARABIA – Military and strategic expert Nidal Abu Zeid said that the Israeli occupation army is trying to put military pressure on the resistance to force it to make concessions and accept a prisoner exchange deal, according to Jo24 website.

He added that the increase in the intensity of military operations in all combat axes, including air sorties, indicate that the Israelis want to put pressure on the resistance before sending their negotiating team to Rome to complete their previous rounds and which are expected to have stronger chance of success this time.

Abu Zeid added the Palestinian resistance factions are aware of the occupation’s motives and plans and are moving in field areas and tactics to increase the level of the occupation’s losses, which reached 13 injured soldiers in the past 24 hours.

He pointed out the resistance is showing that it is still capable of setting up ambushes as happened in the Bina camp and in Shaboura whilst launching rocket barrages outside the Gaza periphery into Israeli settlements.

What is also striking also Abu Zaid pointed out is the targeting of an aircraft with a SAM/7 missile, in addition to the remarkable success on the media level exposing the occupation’s narrative and misleading and untruthful broadcasts.

The military expert pointed out that there lies deep differences between the Israeli political and military, and contradiction, disagreement and the exchange of accusations between them and which has clearly emerged recently.

Abu Zeid confirmed that the politicians on top of which is Benjamin Netanyahu who seek to continue the military onslaught on Gaza until its declared goals are achieved, while the military are asking for battles to be ended through diplomatic means.

Abu Zeid revealed of indications that the current Israeli government will seek to dismiss Defense Minister Yoav Galant and replace him with Gideon Sa’ar in the Knesset recess that will begin, Sunday. And this appears to be a preemptive step to confront Ministers Itamar Ben Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich after accepting the negotiations.

Ben-Gvir Investigated! An Israeli Ploy?

Israeli State Prosecutor Amit Aisman is seeking to open a criminal investigation into National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir for allegedly inciting violence against Palestinians in Gaza to show the International Criminal Court (ICC) it is holding Israeli officials to account for such actions, Tuesday, according to Anadolu.

Last May, ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan requested arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Galant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Palestinian and international human rights groups  have also been campaigning for Ben-Gvir to be included repeated inflammatory and calls for “shooting Palestinian prisoners in the head instead of giving them more food.”

Observers believe the probe is an attempt to show the ICC Israel is abiding by its directives to look into and punish any individual or group that violates the Genocide Convention’s ban on inciting genocide according to the Turkish news agency.

Ben-Gvir, the leader of the far-right Jewish Power Party, said this is  “unbelievable! The state prosecutor is trying to make an Israeli minister stand trial for ‘incitement’ against citizens of an enemy state,” he said.

“Instead of the Shin Bet and the state prosecutor carrying out assassinations in Gaza, they are trying to assassinate an Israeli minister. It won’t succeed.”

The killing spree of Palestinians in Gaza continues with the total death toll now standing at 37,000.

The displacement toll accross the Gaza Strip is 1.9 million people. About 80% of the Palestinian population – are now, according to the UN humanitarian coordinator for Gaza.
