UNRWA Pleads For Gaza

UNRWA Commissioner Philippe Lazzarini shared a map detailing the humanitarian disaster in Gaza, calling for a ceasefire and accountability.

He highlighted that 80% of Gaza is now high-risk, with people fleeing in search of basic needs and safety.

Lazzarini emphasized the complex delivery of aid, disrupted by insecure routes and destroyed civil order.

The map shows military zones, evacuation areas, and humanitarian access points requiring coordination with the Israeli army. It also reveals blocked or unusable routes due to Israeli attacks.

The Arab Organization for Human Rights in Britain welcomed the ICC’s arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Gallant, calling it a first step to ending decades of impunity for Israeli leaders, supported by the U.S. and others.

The organization urged the ICC prosecutor to request Interpol, under a 2004 agreement, to issue red notices for the suspects, obligating 195 member states to arrest them if they travel there.

The decision counters the narrative that Israel’s actions are “self-defense.” While many countries pledged to comply, the U.S., not an ICC member, opposed the warrants.

This is a daily Briefing by the Ministry of Health in Gaza on day 411 of the Israeli Genocide:

The Israeli occupation committed seven massacres against families in the Gaza Strip over the previous 48 hours, resulting in 120 documented fatalities and 205 people injured.

The documented Palestinian death toll has now reached 44,176 individuals killed and 104,473 others injured since October 7, 2023.

Many victims are still unaccounted for, either buried under the rubble or scattered on the streets, and rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.
