Trapped in North Gaza

Jeremy Stoner, Save the Children director, says the situation in northern Gaza is not fit for human survival and yet there are about 130,000 children under 10 trapped in those conditions, not to mention the thousands of older children and their families.
Since 6 October, when Israeli forces launched a siege on northern Gaza, the area has been cut off from supplies of food, water and medicine.
Stoner points out that humanitarian aid to Gaza has hit an all-time low with the appalling situation in northern Gaza the tip of a terrible iceberg.
He calls for safe humanitarian access to be granted immediately to allow food, water, winter supplies and medical assistance to reach those who are trapped in the death zone in the north.
Israel Kills 1000 Medical Staff in Gaza

The Government Media Office in Gaza stated that the Israeli army is committing systematic attacks on the healthcare sector. It revealed that more than 1,000 doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel were killed since the start of Israel’s genocide.
In a press statement, the office described Israel’s war crimes, targeting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare workers. It further reported that over 310 healthcare workers have been detained by Israeli forces, with many subjected to torture and extrajudicial execution.
The blockade also continues to prevent the entry of essential medical supplies and specialist personnel, exacerbating the healthcare crisis.
Besieged Hospitals in Gaza
The statement highlighted that Israel’s military campaign in northern Gaza has focused on systematically dismantling the region’s healthcare system.
Hospitals have been bombed, healthcare workers targeted, and medical facilities rendered inoperable. The report specifically singled out Kamal Adwan Hospital, which has faced continuous shelling, aerial bombardments, and direct attacks on its staff.
Recent incidents include the bombing of medical staff such as Dr. Nihad Ghuneim, Dr. Saeed Joudeh, and Dr. Omar Al-Hawajri. A particularly egregious attack targeted Dr. Hussam Abu Safiyya, the hospital’s director, who was injured when an explosive device was dropped on him as he exited an operating room.
“These deliberate assaults aim to cripple Gaza’s healthcare system entirely,” the statement read, calling for urgent international intervention.
The Government Media Office condemned the Israeli army’s crimes in the strongest terms, stating that they violate international humanitarian laws that protect medical personnel and facilities.
The statement also criticized the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France for their political and military support for Israel, holding them complicit in the genocidal war crimes.
The office appealed to the international community, human rights organizations, and global health bodies to pressure Israel to cease its systematic targeting of healthcare infrastructure. “The silence of the international community is enabling the collapse of international law,” it warned.
As the genocide continues, Gaza’s death toll exceeds 55,000, with over 104,000 injured. Entire families have been wiped out, leaving thousands of survivors with no access to essential medical care. The office warned that the ongoing attacks, combined with the international community’s inaction, threaten to undermine the global legal framework meant to protect civilians.
The statement concluded with an urgent plea: “We call on the international community to hold Israel accountable for its war crimes and stop the systematic targeting of healthcare in Gaza. Failure to act will mark the collapse of humanitarian law and set a dangerous precedent for future conflicts,” according to the Quds News Network.
Hezbollah: 250 Missiles Land on Israel in One Day

CROSSFIREARABIA – It’s being described as a black day as 250 Hezbollah missiles land on Israel from southern Lebanon in under 24 hours.
For Israel, it’s a first nation-wide alert with 24th November, 2024 likely to be remembered as one of the most difficult days between the Israeli army and Hezbollah fighters.
Over 250 missiles have landed on different parts of Israel including Naharya, Acca, Haifa, Beith Takfah, West Galilee, Krayot, HaSharon, Herzilya, Tel Aviv and the port of Ashdod, bordering Gaza, which is 150 kilometers away from Tel Aviv.
It speaks much about the encroachment of the so-called “Israeli depth” that today lies bare with Hamas in the south and Hezbollah in the north.
This is being described as “unprecedented” in a wide set of attacks covering at least half of Israel and is trending on the social media with its continual updates.
It began on early Sunday morning, after Israeli warplanes bombed the southern district of Beirut leading to many deaths and injuries.
The rockets on northern Israel that included military bases near Tel Aviv had been climbing from 150 missiles, some of who are ballistic to 170 with the latest figure standing at 200 and 250 and set to increase.
Damages and fires is being reported in the Israeli media with at least 10 people being injured but this is being described as the “war of missiles.”
With these projectiles landing on Israel daily – they increased in intensity when Israeli decided to stage its air and land war on Lebanon last September with the killing of Hezbollah’s Chief Hassan Nasrallah, the escalation on the Jewish state have continued daily.
The only people that seems to be affected by this are civilians. Whilst Israel’s war on Lebanon have displaced 1.4 million people in the south of the country, hundreds of thousands of Israelis have also been displaced from their homes and living in sheltered accommodation.
But apart from that up to two million Israelis in central Israel and the Tel Aviv conurbation have been “running up-and-down” between underground shelters.
Today sirens dominate the Israeli scene, going on and off on all hours of the day, at night, early mornings, when people are asleep and during the day.
The rockets, missiles, sirens have made life so unbearable that life has changed dramatically with hundreds thousands already left the country and many more thousands are thinking of actively getting out.
Today, the atmosphere in Israel – never been experienced before and judged from the siren blasts at 401 sound alerts in 11 regions – is tense and downright frightful, a bit like Gaza or the southern district of Beirut. Its no longer the place its original founders intended it to be.
The new message is “you can’t enjoy yoursleves while living on the lands of another people; all must suffer the consequences. Israelis are realizing that. Their way out is through the congested Ben Gurion Airport which is topsy-turvy shutdown due to the daily missiles and drones.
Israel Bombs Al Farouq Mosque in Nuseirat

Israeli warplanes bombed the Al Farouq Mosque in the Al Nuseirat Camp in Central Gaza, Saturday, bringing the whole structure down.
The news is trending on the social media in both Arabic and English. One blogger said this action raises significant concerns regarding international humanitarian law and the classification of such tactics as acts of terrorism.
The Israeli army has flattened 814 of Gaza’s 1,245 mosques and severely damaged another 148 during its intensified bombardment since 7 October, 2023, the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Gaza revealed. It further stated that these represent 79% of mosques in the Gaza Strip.
Three churches were also destroyed in this genocide on Gaza.

Palestinian child Imad Mohammed was murdered in an Israeli airstrike in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City, Thursday. Imad was attacked several times during the Israeli genocide where he lost his parents, sisters, and several other family members.
